Showcasing the progress of the Erasmus+ project My Compass
The participants of the 5 organizations presented the progress they have made so far in their respective assignments. The results of the teachers' training sessions and the pilot students' case studies were presented by the representatives of each school.
Teachers' seminar session
The teachers took part in a face-to-face training session and a videoconference training session regarding case studies of students' orientation and consulting using the Life Design model, the Character Strengths model and the RIASEC model as well as the Basic Human Values theory. Additionaly, good practices on the Career Conversation model were presented and thoroughly analysed.
Cultural activities
The participants had the opportunity to participate in a walking tour of the historic Black Sea port city of Constanța (ancient Tomis) and to understand the deep connections of the contemporary Romanian civilisation to the glorious Greek and Roman past of the city.
