"My Compass" innovative career orientation
The students of the 4 partner schools took part in the implementation phase of the methodological toolkit. They used the CALLING platform and career conversation techniques such as "My Career Story" workbook. The trained teachers of each respective school were mentoring them all the way and provided constant support.

The implementation phase took place in each of the 4 schools during the period March - April 2025. Each school had preselected 20-25 students of which at least 15 are vulnerable, as defined during the meeting in Portugal in September 2024. The students took part in career orientation sessions at school, guided by the trained teachers of each school. Part of the implementation phase were the career orientation activities that were carried out during the students' mobilities in the same period.
